Goods are shipped via Australia Post.   Items are normally posted within 24 hours of receipt of order, excluding weekends and public holidays.    Postal Charges within Brisbane are $5.20 per order under 250g, $6.40 up to 500g and $8.20 for all orders over 500g.     Local areas with postal codes 4120, 4121, 4122, 4151, 4152, 4153, 4154, 4170, 4171 are delivered free of charge.    All other areas are posted at cost price, depending on destination and order weight.    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shipping cart for your viewing once your destination has been entered.

Any items that may have been damaged in transit may be returned as via our returns policy.
